- Teaching Eligibility Certificates: Valid UPTET Certificate, and D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) Certificate. Candidates who do not have the D.El.Ed certificate at the time of form filling can upload the D.El.Ed marksheet as a temporary document. For 2023 batch candidates, it is advised to fill the application form after 25th of the month, as the D.El.Ed certificate is likely to be updated in DigiLocker by that time.
- Identity and Personal Documents: Recent passport size photograph, live photograph, valid Aadhaar card, and Caste Certificate/EWS Certificate (only for candidates belonging to reserved categories).
- Other Mandatory Documents: ₹1000 application fee receipt, and a signed self-declaration form.
